November 1, World Vegan Day Breakfast: Breakfast Bowl with tri-color Quinoa roasted with Adam's house Chipotle Salsa, Cumin and Olive Oil, sauteed with fresh Garlic, and Onion, topped with fresh sliced Avocado, Adam's Vegan Red Chili, fresh Cilantro and choice of Tempeh or Tofu. Lunch: The Vegan Reuben with marinated Tempeh and creamy Cole Slaw tossed in Vegan Russian Dressing grilled on Rye Bread.
